Which country?

The truth is that many countries that I want to know, in all continents, I love to travel and I would like to know as many places and countries as posible. But since two years ago or maybe longer I have in my mind to go to hear Suriname.
This country is located in the northern part of South America, between French Guyana and Guayana, northern Brazil. All the northern part of the country is washed by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, I have seen many pictures on the internet and the beaches are very nice and very pretties.
This is one of the reasons why I want to know suriname. From what I've read about this country, like the two countries that are on your side, is having a pleasant climate and natural areas very beautiful. Has jungle!! Always I have felt curious about a dense and wild jungle such as Amazon and the jungle of Suriname is of the same features.
Another important reason that I have to know this country is the diversity that has people. Have been influenced from many different cultures. Begining with the indigenous people to the area, then the netherlands conquerors and also the different peoples who have come, as Indian and Arab people. That's why I think we should have a very interesting mixed culture.

There are many photographs that I like, I have thousands that it would be in this post, but unfortunately I have to choose only one. I was cost me decide, but I already have one! this is when I was very young, I do not remember what year it was really, but it is close to year 89 I thinking, because I think I should take about three years old in the photo.
yes! I am in the Picture, I'm the first starting from the right, the smallest of the three, “the pipi head”! jeje I do not remember this day really.
From left to right, Kika, Camilo and then finally Nico. Kika is my sister and Camilo is my brother. In this time we lived in a small town in Spain, I remember the square where the picture was taken. Is a place that was on the street from my house, the front had a hill and beside the square. Always we were going to play there, it was a place big with some pretty games for childrens like us.
I went to visit again a bit time ago, I was just like when I was little.
I like the picture because is how we small to large the three brothers, also find fun.

Field Trip to Huasco

Well, in this post I'm going to talk about a one field trip, thinking I did not think about which to write, so will speak on the last field trip, that is just the longest I've had and also the farthest.
With the course geographical problems of chili II, we went to Huasco a month ago , which is located near city of Vallenar, in the third region of our country. We started a monday afternoon from the university in a small bus load from all sides, seemed to Equeco! Jeje With my colleagues carry bikes, not all but many bikes were with us.
Arrive to Huasco tuesday morning, we were looking for the place where we sleep would be at the day we were in the field trip. We installed in a very nice camping and then we started to work, go out with bicycles to different cities.
I went with four colleagues to Freirina, the following day also went to the same city, but this time with a single colleague.
I liked very much the field trip because I was cycling for three days I could, so I'm not liked much, is that the very strong sun beat.
Returned the Friday during the day, the 10 hours of trip is very tiring, we arrived at the university near the 10 of the night, and then I went to my house on the bike, reaches about eleven very tired!!
But the field trip was good.

my favourite piece of technology

Well, I think I don’t have any favourite piece of technology… really I don’t like, or say the different form I dislike pieces of technology, I think is very necessary for the life in the actuality, but my person rejects inventions created by the man.
If you make me choose one of the inventions that I like most, could say that computers are these, this because I think they are a very useful tool for the day to day. I personally helps a lot for all the work of the University as well as to be able to study and learn new things about different themes. Also use it to read news and for something very important to me, able to communicate with my sister, my brother and my father are far from where I live, they lives in Spain.
In my house we have a computer we share with my mother. What we have done about 3 years old when my mother bought it, we had to fix more than ever. I use several days a week, a few weeks every day. Is a very useful tool, as I said earlier, keep wearing it since I served much.

It´s a nice theme!! Well the Fiestas Patrias for me is a good time in the year. Really for me, the real celebration in the country I don´t care very much about it, I care about the holidays for relaxing and sharing a good time with the family and friends.
This national holidays is typical to make a barbecue, in all the country they are to make this food. The barbecue is a good way to share with friends because it is one process where for a long time of the day there are preparations for that.
There are typical activities in Chile on this celebrations days, the most knows there are makes a barbecue, makes rodeos (it is typical Chilean “sport”), dance cueca (it is a typical chilean dance) and played different activities for the childrens, like fly a kite and the most important or practice in the country.
Really when I was a child I don´t remember celebrated very much Fiestas Patrias, I don´t know why, but I never wore like a “huaso” or danced one hit of cueca. I think because I lived in Spain until I was 10 years.
Nowadays, I anxiously await September because I have one week free. Generally, I make many barbecue with my friends and drank national mix (piscolita!!), chicha, red wine and more. This year I work like a delivery service of empanadas with a car for the many places in Santiago.

five years from now

Well, in five years from now, I think I will be 27 years old... jejeje No, really I will don´t know to be doing in particular, because I think the life is very changed with a few time.
I will like live in Spain, in Barcelona specifically, live in apartment with my brother and my sister, or not, much better, live with my girlfriend and near from my family, but not with them.
I think to be doing a master or similar for improve my studies or, who know, I study another career! I hope to be working in a theme relacionated with the geography, because for any reason I study this career, to implement in the future and try improve this world, since Spain, Chile or another country.
In 5 years, I hope still play football any times, I will have my team with my friends and we can playing all weeks in any championship.
As I said at the beginning, this future is very uncertain but I would like it to be so.

When I was seven years old began my experience with the English. With my father and my brothers went to England for a little more than two months, in this opportunity while my father was working I with Kika y Camilo (my brothers) learning English with a young man who with games and funny activities try teaching a little bit of English. Really I think in this trip I not learn very much about the English, but sure I learn what’s mean play, players, start, game over and similar words that are in the games of Master System II (video console very modern in that years).
Later in the school I start English class at two years later when I was in fourth grade and change my place of live, I was one and a half year in this school and later I was move with my family to Chile. When I arrived at Notre Dame (my school in Chile) just was the year that began the English class in the school. I learned English for all the years I was in this school until I went out of school to college.

Well, I like learn a new languages because I think is very important for communicate with people the other places and you can know more things of the other countries, for example when you travel you can speak with the habitants form this place. In addition learn other languages help for studied and for read different kinds of documents in English or French for example.

Really I think learn English is very necessary in this years, in the context of the world at the actuality, the English language is a good tool!
I think my English is so bad, I like learn very good this language because I understand any things when I read one text in English and when anypeople talk with me, but my worst problem is talk and make that the other peoples understand me.

I think the best form for learn English is live for a time in one city where the official idiom are English. I want live this experience!!!

HELLO!!!

Hello, my name is Nicolas Diestre Rivera. I live in Santiago of Chile, just in this week I leave my house because with my mother moved to a new apartment. I live only with my mother, because my parents are separated 15 years ago. My father live in Girona, Spain, near my dad lives my sister Kika and my brother Camilo in one apartment in the centre of Barcelona. I was born in Spain, that is the reason because a part of my family is in this country still. I live for 10 or 11 years in Spain and after y went to Chile with my mother and brothers, with the pass of years my brothers leave Santiago for return to Spain.
I´m student of geography in the University of Chile. I´m in my forth year in this career, I like very much the geography, all types of geography since the human until physical geography. I really think is an error separated the geography in themes or areas for example the human and physical. Because is necessary to be understood as a mixture or discipline integrated of different elements.
I have different hobbies, the first is the football, y love football!! For play, for look, for hear… for all! Others hobbies for me are hear music, share with my friends, ride a bicycle, and more.

My blogging Experience!

In the first classes at this course I thinking, I really boring work with a blog. Because in generally I don´t like the computers programs and Internet sites similar to those fotologs, I don´t know the real reason, maybe because the computers are not my friends, on the contrary almost always have felt like a piece of metals silly.
But now that this completing the course, I think totally different I realize that there are this type of internet page which are an entertaining way to communicate things and thoughts that you have and share it with friends and classmates in this case.
Otherwise I liked it quite that way unconsciously we are learning English with this method of classes, to write a weekly one small text in English and have to say that of my calssmates are much vocabulary and learn how as we speak and write. Very good methodology!!

The post I like most along the course is “favourite English song” because each person could freely express their musical trend or singers who likes more, and so you could see the preference music yours classmates. Anyway I cost a lot decide which was my favorite song, and the really I don´t sure if my post of favourite English song is the true or exist another song of Bob Marley I like more.
On the contrary, my least favourite post is one of the first, “review a post”. In this post had to revise some of the classmate blog to comment and I thought about what they blog and make some corrections of any of his posts.

Because, because, because...!!!

In the first time, I wanted to study geography because I found very interesting to investigate the phenomenon and processes that occur on all earth, since physical phenomenon until human phenomenon, on the desserts, cities, seas and countries for example. Since I am a young child I was very curios with what happening around me, this is the principal reason for my decision for studying geography. At the first year for medium education in the school I know that exist this possibility career for me, and in that moment I was think “it is for me!!”, before that decision I wanted to study history because I wanted to know the past to understand the present, but the real history is that between a geography.
For the future I think there are many tools required to develop as a good geographer, the most important tools I think there are three, one is the manage software for the GIS, second the statistics, and the third place the base intellectual and methodological knowledge.
Really I don’t know I will be doing in 10 years more, I will be like working in my country for make a good and nice country for the Chilean people and the estranger people, but the most important, for the Chilean people. This after I will be study an other career or magister related to geography, in Spain or maybe some country Anglophone as England or New Zealand for example.
The future is uncertain!!!

In this words I will write of the courses and programs for learning English free in internet. Specially I will write of BBC Learning English, this is a website for all type of persons, beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
It is a very good place for learning english, first is a colorful, it´s colors a very nice. Second reason is a very interactive it´s form for teaching because in BBC Learning English you can learn with the different links, watching videos, hearing conversations, writing messages and inclusive playing games!!
Really I recommended this website, because is one of the few pages on internet (at least those I know) where you can learning a good english, english of Britain not American-english (the first i thinking is better), and the best reason is that it is free!

The title of my new words in the blog are "Get up, stand up" because i think it is a very good phrase for an ideology of life. I know and apply This phrase thanks to the song of my favourite singer in English, Bob Marley, because the lyrics are very truthful.

Really, the name of this singer is Robert Nesta Marley, born in Jamaica on 6/02/1945. Bob Marley is the greatest exponent of reggae, style of music tipic of Jamaica. This has its origins in the suburbs of kingston.
Unfortunately died of cancer on May 11, 1981 but it is his legacy in his large family.

jean´s blog

Hello!
While i review the diferents blogs of my classmates, i found the jean´s blog, I found a boring blog, because don´t have any photos. The only, it is one that hurts me by what said in its letter. I think that blog is a little bit ugly, some colors that have not combine with his background. green, blue and yellow with black?? I don´t think it’s a good combination.
In conclusion I don´t like jean´s blog, I preffer others blogs of my colleagues.

One more time I stay here. In this opportunity I go to talk about the city in the south of my country. The name is Osorno, this is a second city more important of de Lake Regions, the X Region of Chile.

This is a beautiful place, the people is very nice and polite. The truth is the people is a bit boring, no have a nightlife for the young peoples.

But the real reason for I include a Osorno city in my blog, is in that locality on my family live on the side of my father, my grandfather, grandmother, uncle, ant and cousins.
Because that reason is the important city for my life, I going every years for two week ends or more, generally is in august or in summer. The beautiful of the osorno is a near localities, volcanos and lakes, since very children we were with my family.

If you have trip for de south of the Chile you have go to Osorno.
